The Canadian Geotechnical Society
(CGS) represents geo-professionals
across Canada as the primary techni-
cal society for access to technical in-
formation, technical journals and other
related activities. The Society has a
membership exceeding 1200 engi-
neers, hydrogeologists, geologists and
other related professionals. Members
are employed in consulting companies,
universities, resource development
companies, government and non-gov-
ernment agencies, and others.
The CGS offers companies an op-
portunity to receive services and ben-
efits through a Corporate Sponsorship
program. The benefits include the fol-
lowing:
• Use of the CGS logo on corporate
literature in combination with the
following phrase “Corporate Spon-
sor of the Canadian Geotechnical
Society”.
• Recognition as a Corporate Spon-

News, and at the annual geotechni-
cal conference.

on a new page of the CGS Website,
