in 2009 for the Civil Engineering
Department at Lehigh University in
Bethlehem, PA, as well as a visiting
research engineer in 2010. He is active
in the Lehigh Valley Section of ASCE
including the 2011 Lehigh Valley
Regional Infrastructure Planning and
Investment Project.
