In this talk, Jean will discuss barriers to women’s careers in Geo Engineering, and strategies to create an inclusive and welcoming environment. With a focus on programs that can be implemented during undergraduate engineering degree programs, as well as during early and mid career stages, Dr. Hutchinson will share some best practices drawn from discussions and interviews with employees and employers in our profession, as well as her own professional experience.
