• To Highlight and Educate CGS Members on Professional Practice Issues Facing Geoprofesionals.
• Communicate CGS’s views on issues relevant to "Geoprofessionals" belonging to the society, and

The book "Suit is a four letter word" by Hugh Nasmith, originally published in 1986, is still an essential introductory reading on professional liability in geotechnical engineering. It is made available for downloading by the CGS Professional Practice Committee, with permission from BiTech Publishers Ltd.
