At the close of the GeoOttawa 2017 abstract submission phase on January 31, over 750 submissions had been received. The review process is underway and abstract decisions should be sent to authors by February 21. Paper submissions will be due by May 15.
With the large number of submissions received, the conference committee expects to put on a very comprehensive technical program of keynote, oral, and poster presentations. Plenary session speaker details are available on the conference website at www.geoottawa2017.ca. Delegate registration will open in early March, so plan now to attend and reserve the time away from the office in your calendar.
As of February 1, the confirmed exhibitor/sponsor count is now over 60 firms – check out the conference website for full details or contact sponsors@geoottawa2017.ca to put your firm’s name on the list of supporters.
