Virtual NSERC Alliance Grant Program Session Organized by Geotechnical Research Board

Are you a researcher looking to partner with industry and NSERC? A consultant, contractor, government agency, or not-for-profit curious about partnering on research?

NSERC’s Alliance Grants Program provides funding for Research & Development projects in natural sciences and engineering undertaken at Canadian universities in partnership with organizations. The program objectives include:

Supporting research led by strong, complementary, collaborative teams
Enable collaborations with a broader set of partner organizations à private, public, not-for-profit
Remove barriers and provide more flexibility in building partnerships

This session will provide:

a brief overview of the program
benefits of and steps to participating for prospective partner organizations
an update will on recent developments of the Alliance program.
an interactive Question and Answer period for both researchers and industry partners
the opportunity for researchers and industry partners to provide feedback to NSERC on the program

This interactive session will first focus on details for partner organizations followed by information for researchers. To prepare you are encouraged to learn about the Alliance Program:
